01Commitment

The site is built to stay usable with a keyboard, with assistive technology, or with reduced vision. In practice:

• Sufficient contrast between the text and its background, including on photographs.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a focus indicator that stays visible.
• Text alternatives on the images that carry information; an empty alternative on decorative images.
• Heading structure and page landmarks following native HTML markup.
• Tappable areas of at least forty-four pixels.
• Reduced animation when the system declares the “reduced motion” preference.

02State of compliance

The site is in the process of being brought into compliance. No accessibility audit has been carried out to date: no compliance rate can therefore be announced, and no audit date is given until one is fixed.

Faults probably remain, in particular on the richest interactive components: the product gallery, the comparison table, the checkout.

03Report a difficulty

If a page or a function is inaccessible to you, write to contact@northbon.com giving the address of the page, what you were trying to do and the equipment used. Reply within 24 working hours.

Every report is examined and fixed within the same time frame as the other faults on the site.
